With Specle Create, you can submit your content and ideas, and our team will create your artwork using the latest Adobe products. While creativity and eye-catching designs are our focus, we will also ensure that your artwork is compliant with publisher specifications, ensuring there is no risk of errors or rejections.

Where to find Specle Create
Specle Create will now be part of the tab bar on your Specle account. Click on "Specle Create" to open the main page:
How to submit a Specle Create job
To get started, first look up the publication you wish your advert to be created for. Enter the publication name in the search bar and select the relevant publisher. From there, you will find the publication specification page. Scroll down to the relevant size and select "Build Ad":
To request a prepress technician to create your advert, click on the blue button "Build Ad". To upload and deliver pre-built adverts, click on the green button "Send Ad".
After selecting the size, you will need to confirm the specification and specify the colour type of your advert (Colour or Black and White). After clicking "Confirm", a SC job will be created. Here, you will find a summary of the specifications you have selected and a field to enter style guidelines. This information will be sent to the prepress technician, so if there are any details you would like - font style, sizes, images, graphics and so on - please enter this here:
After filling out the guidelines, you can add files by clicking on "Choose File". If you have more than 1 file to upload, click the blue "+" button on the right-hand side.
Once completed, you can click on "Save".
The SC job will now show the information and files you have submitted. If you wish to make any alterations, click on the "Edit" button. If you require any assistance with your SC job, click on "Help" and a prepress technician will respond. If you are ready to submit your SC request, click on "Build It!"
Once you have processed payment for your SC request, the status of your SC job will go to "In Progress". This is where a prepress technician will build your artwork based on the information and files you have supplied.
After building the advert, the file will be tested to ensure it meets the publisher's specifications and is ready to deliver. Once the artwork has been uploaded, the SC job will be released for you to review. Click on the SC job to review the final file. You can download the final file by clicking on "Download File" or clicking on the filename on the SC job page.
If you have any queries regarding the artwork created, you can click on the "Help" button at the top right of the page.
If you wish to make any changes to the artwork created, you can also contact our prepress team using the "Help" button. Please be aware that you can only request up to three revisions of the artwork.
How to deliver a Specle Create job
Once the advert has been created and released to you, it will be ready to approve and send. To deliver your artwork, click the blue "Send Ad" button on the top right of the page. The standard "Send Ad" page will appear, where you can fill out your ad information and upload your SC file.
